Don't have CAD drawings? No problem. We're
completely comfortable working from faxed prints, sketches, or
communicated ideas. We can generate model parts or drawings
from your ideas.
Our Haas Toolroom Mill has 30" of X
travel, 12" in the Y axis, and a full 16" in the Z. The mill
is capable of .0002 positioning and repeatability accuracy.
The mill is powered by several off-line programming
systems.
Pictured is a 6 X 12 Okamoto Tool Room
Grinder. This grinder is outfitted with 20-millionths digital
read-outs, with a Walker Elecro-magnetic chuck.
The
Sharp 300C Ram EDM is capaable of producing 37 amps of cutting
power. With positioning abilities of .0002 and progammable
depth control, there is little else to be desired of this
machine.
We are completely outfitted with manual mills,
lathes, drill presses, welders, and other necessary support
equipment.
