We can provide quick-turn molding of
small injection molded parts in our Gluco 15 ton verticle
press. The press utilizes Master Unit Die's 05/05 companion
insert. This insert is offered in a variety of steels. Most
engineering grades of resin have been processed in this
machine.

simple form of overmolding. Overmolding small circuitry is
also available on our verticle press.
Book molds are
another way to keep tooling costs down to a minimum. The mold
is built with a "hinged" feature that allows the operator to
manually open the mold. Core pulls and under-cut features are
generally designed to be hand-loaded. Molds can be run on a
number of verticle presses with parting line injection or
regular sprue-type injection.
