We can provide quick-turn molding of small injection molded parts in our Gluco 15 ton verticle press. The press utilizes Master Unit Die's 05/05 companion insert. This insert is offered in a variety of steels. Most engineering grades of resin have been processed in this machine.

Be sure to consider us for your next overmolding project. PVC molded strain relief's are a very simple form of overmolding. Overmolding small circuitry is also available on our verticle press.

Book molds are another way to keep tooling costs down to a minimum. The mold is built with a "hinged" feature that allows the operator to manually open the mold. Core pulls and under-cut features are generally designed to be hand-loaded. Molds can be run on a number of verticle presses with parting line injection or regular sprue-type injection.
